Balanced Body University Pilates Instructor Training is designed to accommodate students with a variety of goals, learning styles and backgrounds. Modules can be taken individually or you can take a sequence to complete the Mat, Reformer or comprehensive Pilates training program.
BBU Mat Instructor Training – Pilates Mat work is the foundation of Pilates. It provides a great full body workout. The BBU Mat Program includes the full repertoire of Pilates exercises, along with modifications and variations designed to make you successful with a wide range of clients.
BBU Reformer Instructor Training – The Pilates Reformer is an extraordinarily flexible piece of exercise equipment providing resistance and support for exercises involving every part of the body. Our program gives you a thorough understanding of how the Reformer can develop core and extremity strength, stability, flexibility, coordination and balance. The wide range of exercises provides a stimulating and fun workout for clients at any level of ability.
BBU Pilates Instructor Training – The BBU Pilates Instructor program includes the Mat and Reformer training and completes your training in the Pilates system with courses on the Trapeze table, Chairs, and Barrels.
