Why do Pilates & Yoga Stretch Classes?
Pilates & Yoga Stretch Classes are an amazing way to keep your body feeling free and flexible while on the Tour. We all know that travelling requires us to sit for long durations. That may be on the airplane or bus. The classes are for all ages & fitness levels. They are specifically designed to move every moving joint in the body in a gentle yet precise way to alleviate aches and pains. Classes are offered most mornings before breakfast and most evenings before dinner. The benefits are endless:

- Alleviates tight ankles and decreases foot soreness!
- Improves hip range of motion!
- Helps sore knees!
